Issue

I have another kind of problem with Firefox

Description

I upgraded to Firefox 3.6.6 and my persona wasn't there, so I clicked on it again and it stayed the same greyish colour. Also, the previews don't work.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to see if that solves the problem. If it does, go to Tools>Addons>Extensions and disable addons one by one to figure out which one is causing the problem.
