How do I get back what I have lost after a FF crash

I have searched everywhere but cannot seem to find specific information on what to do after FF crashes and all my windows -and most importantly: what I have done or written there- is lost. Can I get all that back??

I'd really appreciate if you could help.

What did you lose?

If you lost text that you types on a web page then that text is lost if session restore didn't restored the text after starting Firefox.
