I cannot access by paypal account from any possible direction. Anytime I attempt to go to www.paypal.com, my browser says I am offline or cannot assess but my computer will not be offline.

anyone found any solution for this yet?I cannot log into my Paypal account either. I primarily use Firefox, it is my default browser and up until now have loved it!!! But now I have to sign out of Firefox, open IE and sign into Paypal through IE. I'm an eBay seller so this is becoming quite the hassle..no joy. this started approximately 4 days ago. I don't have a clue what precipitated it...???
