Since I've download the latest version of firefox none of my online videos are playing smoothly even when I wait until full upload.

Even when I wait for a online movie to fully download it still doesn't play smoothly. The movements are robotic. I wonder if this is a problem with firefox, codecs or my Dell laptop. I've always been using firefox but this problem only started since I've download firefox 4. Thank you :)

Try to disable the hardware acceleration in the Flash Player.
