You can try a solid persona

Personas for Firefox | Gallery: http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/gallery/Solid

Right click in a free space on your desktop.
Left click on Personalize.
There are four options in Windows 7 at the bottom of the screen, choose "Windows Color".
Select a border color
Uncheck: "enable transparency"
