History tab opens Library? Can't see any history! How do I work back through previously opened pages other than 1 by 1?

Can't jump back through recent history except 1 page at a time using back arrows. Where is down arrow allowing a jump through recent history? Tried opening HISTORY but that gives LIBRARY(?). LIBRARY says HISTORY but shows nothing in window, so is no use.

The dropdown arrow was removed just click on the back arrow and hold until the menu pops up.

Can you click the arrow next to history in the left pane? Or double click on the today icon in the right?
