I have attempted to call ALL DAY, since 9:00 am, EDT (Sept.22, '11), but no matter what time I try, you're "closed." How is that support? I am now unable to even use my e-mail, because any time I attempt to open a commercial site within an e-mail message I've received, or site that requires web involvement, I can't use it because I get this message: Firefox cannot be opened because of a problem.

my mozilla crashed and i can't find a way to get it to start with all the sources offered (none but other pople's rantings) , i see others have had the same problem Really i don't know what to do But before i get mad and cuss or throw the computer across the room I am reminded this product is free if Foxfire were to support telephone operators It couldn't stay free seems this is a world wide product so telephone operators would be very expensive and i don't want to pay for that either; this is very helpful since im disabled and on a fixed income i need something to be free :)

   an email address would be helpful though and that could be done in india for nearly nothing (sorry my mad surfaced) but correspondence could be done at a less costly option
   well there's my two cents hope this helps to calm people down who are explosively angry
