how do I stop a tab from opening? It says: Menu bar is missing|Trouble shooting. It is for the instructions to get the menu bar back. But I can't get the help file to close.

The tab has the firefox logo and is for the help file to restore the menu bar when I start up Firefox. I can close the tab, but it restarts every time I go to the homepage.
