Apologies in advance for the vagueness of this.. I have a div which depending on some data being loaded through ajax shows or hides.

On windows XP, IE, chrome etc work as expected (the div shows), but not in FF13. However, on windows 7, all browers work as expected.

I can't provide more details as I'm not sure which part of our html, css, js is the issue, as I don't have XP myself.

I guess my question is, are there any known differences with how FF works between XP and win7?

hello, could you try to create a new profile in windows xp in order to rule out a different configuration... because i am not aware of any differences in those two systems

Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles

It's been observed by multiple difference people on XP / FF, so I don't think it's a profile issue

You can ask them to check for errors in the Web Developer > Error Console (Shift+Ctrl+J).

Thanks, I'll suggest that, and report back here if I find anything.

Another suggestion: this forum focuses on end-user support, and you can find more web development help on the mozillaZine Web Development board. Separate forum, separate registration. Please note the tips in the Sticky Post at the top of the forum before posting.
