how come firefox won't let me download the Charter.net toolbar?

I was using Internet Explorer for my web browser. I tried Firefox and it looked like it was alot faster than Internet Explorer so I disided to get rid of Internet Explorer. After I had Firefox installed, and I tried to download the Charter.net toolbar, Firefox would not let me do this.

Firefox will still not let me download charter.net toolbar, I really want to keep firefox, but if it does not let me download the charter.net toolbar, I will go back to Internet Explorer.
