Would like to have further controls on different events in firefox

we have web based application, a complete ERP. We made it compatible with Firefox ONLY. When want to further controls on event like on browser loading open with full screen, not able to view source, not able to allow close directly or not to allow use back button. We would like to do the same for windows & other than windows also because it is truly hardware & OS independent. We have some other requests also. Just mentioned some of them in above para.
