Once again, my bookmarks aren't syncing. I get an error message this time, telling me that an error occurred (no kidding), and it will retry. Honestly, while the new sync is a lot easier and less confusing, I think you over simplified it. A suggestion: A button to manually sync bookmarks. Keep the automatic sync, but add a button that says "Sync Now". That way, if I have a problem (like right now), I can try to do it manually and see if it fixes it, instead of bothering you fine people at Firefox.

The Problems caused by a corrupted places.sqlite database file. You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox Profile Folder. Try to remove if there is already a file named as places.sqlite database and place a new one . then try again for firefox sync .
