Greetings, where can I install/remove the buttons beside the address fields on the Write page please? A friend has somehow got 3 buttons and only needs the To Field, as the other fields are getting populated with whatever she types in the To Field and so she's inadvertently copying mail to herself. Thanks.

What version of Thunderbird are they using? My Thunderbird defaults to To for the initial and subsequent addressing. You have to click a down arrow and select something else from the list. rather difficult to do by accident.

Matt, thanks for your reply. I can't get to the laptop concerned for a week and then I'll make sure it's the latest version. Your other reply to me seems more like a fix and I'll try that while I'm there. Thanks.
