Uploading files to xenforo forums

as of about a week back when you select the upload file option on any Xenforo forum the upload option will open behind the main browser window. This gives the user the impression that the upload option is not working. This is using the flash uploaded option within xenforo itself. This has been reported to xenforo but they have come back saying it is not a issue?

Hi Dirt_Rider, This is a very good question. I wonder if the user who fixed his issue reinstalled Firefox or the flash player.

I tried unchecking "Open new windows in a new tab instead" and "always show the tab bar", or changing browser.link.open_newwindow; from 3 to 2 in about:config.

Does this change the behavior of the upload window?
