When I first started using the newest Firefox browser with my HP desktop, with Windows 8.1, I would get a popup asking if I wanted the website name and password to be saved. This worked okay for awhile but now I get no popup message asking if I want the info saved. Also, on the page with the current saved info the box asking "Remember Passwords For Sites" is greyed out. Can someone please tell me how to correct this problem so I want have to type in the info when signing in to mainly Facebook sites and games. THANKS

hello, firefox won't save your passwords when you've set it up to run in permanent private browsing mode ("never remember history" in the options > privacy panel).
