Thunderbird inject text when ever I send a pdf, i use Ubuntu and renders the pdf unusable.
Here are the text that are injected into the mail. Desperately seeking solution 1.

that looks to be either Postscript or the source of a PDF file (given that adobe have patents for both they are similar. The fact it starts with PDF 1.6 however is a give away, as that identifies it a the start of a PDF file. The version number would indicate adobe Version 7 as the author software.
Where is it injected into the mail? What security software are you running?

The pdf was created by auto-cad, it worked fine up until 2 days ago. I only have the Ubuntu firewall installed. I use stationary so it is Html and it is in the body of my message.
I am also going to try and send a pdf from another source since you mentioned it , just as a test.

I sent another pdf a form and another image to myself as a test and the same happened. It only inject the code once I send the email and it copies to the sent box.

I am just trying to give you as much info as I can, When I try to open the Pdf from within Mozilla it does not want to open but I did a save as and only then does it recognize my pdf's ! Else it want's to open in a text editor like gedit inside Mozilla itself.

What procedure is used to associate the pdf file with the meal? Send To or similar? Does the cad program launch the email client?
I've just sent a pdf as a regular email attachment (using Linux LMDE) and it behaves perfectly.
Your sample suggests a malformed email message, without a proper MIME part separator, or the generating program is trying to write the pdf directly as an email message.
