1420672321848   Sync.Status        DEBUG   Status.service: success.status_ok => error.sync.failed_partial
1420672321848   Sync.ErrorHandler  DEBUG     history failed: database disk image is malformed No traceback available

You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox profile folder.

Deleting places.sqlite seems to have fixed the issue for me.
