I have several email accounts. I want to change my default email address for sending new emails to a different one. The first one listed is the default and I'm trying to figure out how to change it to another one.

right click the account in the folder pane, select settings and in the list scroll to the very bottom to outgoing server (SMTP) and change the default SMTP server.
