When I cut/paste verbiage from MS Word into a my verizon email system using Firefox browser, the verbiage doesn't appear in the recipient's email. Why not?

Does this happen in Safe Mode as well?

Hi, I use typicall Word formatting...nothing special, like Arial 10. I have not tried this is safe mode. Should I have to?
