Another "batching" question.

I currently download the header only from my mail server, selecting those few I normally need on this computer for complete download.

Question - Is there a way to select the emails for which I'd like to have a complete download of (say emails 3-12 of 25), and click on the "Download the Rest of the Message" command for the select items as a single batch?
