In order to make it sync with the system . So I reset it and still it won't accept the password. It states the pword is incorrect, please try again. Now my account has been Verified; so what's going on? ? ? Thanks for your time and expertise Confused, Sheryl Davis-Boone

I understand that your account has been verified and that you have reset your password. In order for the changes to take affect wait 5 mins. Clear the cache and try to login one more time.
