I added a whitelist add on (please bear with me, I'm not very good with technology) to block a site. Now I can't even load the home page, the tab keeps flashing "connecting" and the beach ball is spinning and firefox refuses to respond. I have tried redownloading it but I can't even access the side bar to delete the add on. PLEASE help!

Try to start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift/Options key to see if that allows to remove the extension.
