After updated to Thunderbird 38.1, when I save an attachment of a message, the download manager does not appear. I changed the configuration in the Config Editor (browser.download.manager.closeWhenDone;false or true), but to result.

why would you want to have a download manager for the act of saving a file. There is none in any other office programs I have ever used. It is not as it your downloading anything from the internet. Your saving an attachment to something already on your computer.
