I cannot access youtube.com it's the only site that does not work and it just suddenly stopped working. All other sites work fine. I get an error message

Try safe mode: Start -> Programs -> Mozilla Firefox -> Firefox (safe mode) If not better crete a new profile: Start -> Run -> type "firefox -P". Follow instructions, do not select a folder, accept the default.

To work FF must be closed in either case.

What error message do you get?

Can you attach a screenshot?

  • Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
  • Make sure that you do not exceed the maximum size of 1 MB
