Thunderbird email client will not send an email to my new charter.net server email. Says server times out????

Charter tested their server configuration on my lap top and it worked fine with another of my web based emails. They say problem is with thunderbird client.

  • Open Help (or click on three-line-icon and select Help)
  • Choose Troubleshooting Information
