I am trying to set up Thunderbird for a friend. She has a Gmail account. I can login to her Gmail account through the browser. I am trying to set up the account using POP3. I have checked the setting multiple times. The system says that the username of password are incorrect.

This account is set up on Gmail but does not use the domain of @gmail.com
