Client claims specific site isn't working on EU firefox. Is there a difference? Is there a way I can attempt to reproduce it even though I'm in the US?

I have a client who claims our site doesn't work in a specific way on EU firefox Windows 8.1. We can't reproduce the problem here in the US and I don't seem to be able to find a way to replicate the environment he's using. Is there a way for me to test on the EU version?

There is not a specific version for the EU, but there are localised versions in many different languages. You can download the release version for these from here.

With more information we might be able to help further with the specific issue that the client is having, but i hope that the site above will help you to diagnose the problem.
