I am trying to send jpeg photo files to family but they won't attach to an email. (Outlook mail) I select "attach as a copy" and the title appears on the email with the rotating circular loading symbol but they fail to load.

Using Internet Explorer there are no issues and photos attach as expected.

Please advise
