thunderbird is not connecting to the outgoing server, all my specs match. This only happens randomly
This only happens when I am away from the office wifi. Email will be just fine and all of a sudden it wont send or receive emails. The error message says Thunderbird can not connect to the outgoing server. Please help, this is really frustrating.

Does it always happen when you are not using your office wifi? The way some servers are set up, they require you to log in via a given network, and different settings are needed if you are 'roaming'.
