Basically, I'd be minding my own business, until firefox just freezes, the only way to fix it at the moment is by ending task in Task Manager. This only started happening when I switched to windows 10.

It doesn't close/crash by itself and it becomes un-interactable, trying to open new tabs/windows/private windows does nothing.

I usually have around 3-7 tabs open, with youtube(1-2), twitch(1-2) and some forum pages(1-3).

I've also had some "Unresponsive Script", which when stopped, closes the livestream I was watching on twitch, so twitch might be the cause of this.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

While I haven't tried this, my freezes are RANDOM so starting in safe mode I'd have to do a long time of testing, but I think I pinpointed the issue to be related with Twitch.tv. I'll try disabling some plugins if that doesnt help it might be the unresponsive script issue causing this
