Word wrapping doesn't work for forwarded messages

When I'm reading or replying to an email that was sent to me the text in the body of the message appears "word wrapped" automatically. However, when I try to FORWARD a message the text does NOT get "word wrapped". Not a biggie at my end because I've already read the message but what about the person that receives it? Are they going to have to scroll from side to side to read the message? Any way to fix this with built-in preferences or an Add-on?
