Bookmarks disappear after they are added or they just are not added. I made 6 folders but they do not retain all the bookmarks I've added. Is there a limited number of bookmarked sites/folders allowed?

Tried to establish Sync. The email comes to my Gmail box but BOTH the button/link AND the hugely long http:// link have errors. The message says they are missing a letter/character. I replied to each email I received and pasted in the error message. Over and over, time after time, same result. The links need to be repaired. Is Sync actually available?

Finally, the Firefox log in form does not recognize my password. When I tried to change it, it sent the same email with the same broken links that was sent for all my attempts to establish Sync.

Hi, as this is a new PC, I assume you had to download Firefox. Did you download from mozilla.org ? Because from other download sites it may come with unwanted junk or bugs.

If you downloaded from anywhere other than mozilla.org, I suggest you uninstall it and start again
