Getting error while sending out email - The mail server responded: User has exceeded its 24-hr sending limit

Hi, I am getting the following error.

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: User vishal.usapkar@irys.co.in has exceeded its 24-hour sending limit. Messages to 0 recipients out of 0 allowed have been sent. Relay quota will reset in 19.66 hours.. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again

Has anyone faced this and knows how to resolve it. I am unable to send out emails for 3-4 days.

I suggest you contact your email provider. The message is from their server and they are the ones that set limits. Thunderbird is only software on your computer and has no limits.
