What happened to all my local folders I had in previous version?

When I wanted to open my emails we were forced to respond to update after which I had to re-establish my accounts and now all my local folders are gone to ???? How do I get all my local folders back and the important information some of them contain?

There seems to be several lost profile today for some reason. Would you provide the following info? Do you use the program CCleaner? What antivirus are you using? What version of Thunderbird do you have?

There seems to be several lost profile today for some reason. Would you provide the following info? Do you use the program CCleaner? What antivirus are you using? What version of Thunderbird do you have?
