I have recently had a Windows 10 upgrade and since then I have not been an]ble to send Thunderbird messages. I get the message : Your IP address is on the SBL blacklist! and directed to a Spamhaus site who require a message from my ISP verifying what has been done to sort out the problem. Please help

please contact your ISP for assistance. We can not help with their poor mail reputation.
