The law firm i work for processes credit card payment from clients through a program on Firefox. There used to be an icon I clicked on and it took me to the payment program. The look of Firefox is totally new, and I need to know how to get to the program to process a payment.

See if you can find updates for your Intel(R) HD Graphics as they are several yrs old : 5-19-2016 You can Google Intel(R) HD Graphics and find the download page https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers, but you may have to know what generation chipset you are using. CPU-Z would tell you this https://www.cpuid.com/ Can also try : https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html I see several errors in the drivers. Old & corrupted Drivers cause a wide range of issues. Please keep them updated to prevent issues and you never know when Intel will stop supporting them.

Kaspersky causes issues if it has not been updated.

You can check the site your trying to get to for issues : https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/index.html If have further issues should check if anything is going on in their forum.

You can check in here and follow the instructions. Copy/Paste their instructions to the Address Bar and into the Search Bar once opened at the top. If make changes please remember what you did.

See if TLS 1.3 is useful to you : https://www.ghacks.net/2017/06/15/how-to-enable-tls-1-3-support-in-firefox-and-chrome/

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
