I'm getting a problem while making video calls in Facebook via Firefox. When a call is made, A pop-up opens, Asks my permission for Webcam and Mic, I allow it and Then the Problem starts. I can see my Camera is Launched, Cam light pops and My Video in the right corner. But Still on the other side Facebook says "Camera is turned off" and the call fails. I've made calls via Chrome and it works perfectly with my webcam. In fact, all other apps on my laptop uses cam perfectly, Only Firefox failing. Any Possible Solution? I tried every suggestion I got on Internet and in Mozilla Support Forum, but stilling failing .

Thanks in Advance

Hi, no idea. Thought would give you this to try since no answer for 17hrs.

Please : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 58.0.2 with a Full Version Installer

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance

Hi, It could be because you are running a beta or a alpha version. If no reason to do so run 58.0.2 Stable Release Version
