My panasonic EX700 series has firefox installed but it needs updating, I can't find any option to update it anywhere. Can you please help as my apps on my tv won't work properly due to this. Thank you

Panasonic controls updates to the tv firmware and programs on the tv. The browser on the tv is based on Firefox OS which is not developed by Mozilla any more.
