HI ok. 4 ways I know of :

  • If Menu Bar is turned on then File --> Exit.
  • 3 Bar Menu --> Exit
  • Click the X in the top Right Corner
  • Windows Task Manager and End Task.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that workst in case security software is causing problems.
