Firefox freezes whenever I open a new tab. It is only for a few seconds, but I have to wait before I can open another one. Firefox continually is reloading something before it will do anything. Everytime I click on an email for example, Firefox reloads - a bar goes across the top of the screen - and nothing will happen until the bar is finished. This is for every email. Images on facebook or other websites will not load. And if they do, it takes forever. I have to usually shut down facebook and try again later. Or shut my computer down and let it reboot. We have NBN and have had nothing but trouble since then. We have tried new cables and it made no difference. Now we have the firefox problem. bp-0d7195ee-6828-4835-a9fc-a49cb0181008

hi, unfortunately in that crash report it appears to be the trendmicro security software on your system hooking into the browser process and causing those problems. could you try temporarily disabling it or whitelisting firefox and see if this is making a difference... if yes, you might also want to reach out to their support channels.

Making firefox an exception worked. No more waiting for emails to load. Thanks guys for all your help.
