if i try enter on firefox "Sign in to Sync" i seen this

This response means that your email server has rejected (bounced0 the email send by Firefox Sync and that the account has been locked because of this. Mozilla uses Amazon AWS and some email servers may not trust this domain.

I did not receive a letter of confirmation, although on another mailbox, everything is fine. But I need this mailbox to work.
