If you or server use eg: Spamassassin, do you want those emails to auto go to junk? If you select 'Trust junk mail headers by XX' Then those emails will go to junk. * Select Move new junk messages to a nd choose appropriate junk folder. * click on 'OK' See image below as guide. If this is already set up, then make sure the incoming email address is in one of your whitelisted address books. If the email is being sent to junk because eg: spamassassin marked it as spam, then consider not selecting to trust junk mail headers set by XX. Otherwise you need to train junk filters by selecting the email in 'Junk' folder and clicking on the 'Not junk' button.
