I like to listen to Radio.com while at work. Everything works just fine until I click the "Listen" tab. Then NOTHING works. I get no error message, no spinning wheel. Nothing. I have to listen to Radio.com on Chrome!  :( I also tried to use redcross.com recently to sign up to give blood; however it froze there too. I'm wondering if it has something to do with Location Sharing. Please help. I've checked all my settings and they seem right. I've even updated Firefox to no avail.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
