Firefox wont open
Hello, Using windows 10. Firefox wont open but get a box telling me old Firefox is running needs to be closed. Have shut it down but still nothing happens. I think I may have backed up my bookmarks on my PC but not sure where they are? Also tied entering and this dispalys C:\Users\Chris>AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ 'AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Help please to restore Firefox and hopefully not loose my bookmarks?

Did you try to reboot the computer ?

Took 2 attempts and a reboot but using Task Manager cleared the old FireFox. Many thxs. Only concern is why i got the error message in command prompt re not finding my profile?

Type about:profiles<enter> in the address bar.
How many profiles are listed?
How many should be there?
Also, open the profile folder in your file explorer.
Only the Default I created today so that Firefox would open

Which profile folder? Local or Roaming?
