Using fatcow.com email. I want to download read emails to my PC again when having them deleted by accident. Resetting a read to an unread mail on my webmail box does not enable me to do so. What has to be done?

I presume it's a POP setup since deleting the messages in TB didn't delete them from the mail server. First, check the Trash or Deleted folder for the deleted messages. If they're not there, deleting the popstate.dat file will force a download of all mail in the inbox:
