On my main PC (which is currently down) when I view most streaming videos or MP4 there is a sub menu in the upper left corner which allows me to go back or forth 10 seconds at a time, slow or speed up.

On my laptop it is not there.

Both are Win 10 home, latest FF.

Is this part of FF? And if it is, how do I get it going on my laptop?
