Your almost daily update notices is intrusive, obnoxious and totally unnecessary8! You would best be off by providing REAL EMAIL SUPPORT including the ability to turn off these daily notices.

If you are using the normal Firefox, you should not be getting that many notices. Only the beta versions get so many updates.
