I just installed "Night Eye Night Eye" extension on Firefox browser, which allow to get a dark mode on almost every website. The extension is works fine, but I have noticed that every time I'm starting Firefox, there are 2 tabs that opened: 1. New FF new tab. 2. Annoying "Thank you" tab from Night Eye website (http://nighteye.app/thank-you/).

How can I get rid of this tab to be shown every time I launch Firefox? I can't find anything on the settings/options.

This is something that the add-on developer has included. You could reach out then them through the Support link on the page that you downloaded the add-on from or try a different add-on that does the same or similar task.
