I can't access my online banking with FF in recent weeks. It works fine in Safari. I think I've exempted it from the malicious software/cookies restrictions. Any suggestions gratefully received.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
