The default for signature is at bottom of quoted text. There is a setting just able the choice of signature to specify whether response goes above the quoted text and another setting on where sig goes. I think that will answer your concern. Tools>Account Settings>Composition & Addressing.

The default for signature is at bottom of quoted text. There is a setting just able the choice of signature to specify whether response goes above the quoted text and another setting on where sig goes. I think that will answer your concern. Tools>Account Settings>Composition & Addressing.
